Structural features:
This equipment is designed on the basis of graphite heat exchanger for acid regeneration system of iron and steel industry. It has the following characteristics:
1. Good corrosion resistance. It can resist acid corrosion rich in chloride ion and fluorine ion.
2. High heat transfer efficiency.
3. Smooth inner wall, poor adhesion, not easy to scale.
4. Adopt high quality graphite material, anti erosion.
5. The tubesheet can be graphite or carbon steel lined with PP, Po, PTFE, etc.
Design parameters:
Design pressure: 0.6MPa
Design temperature: 0 ~ 160 ºC
Heat exchange area: 10 ~ 3000m
