Product Description
S11 belongs to the fully sealed distribution transformer with a rolled iron core. It is a new generation of low-noise and low-loss transformers developed in recent years. Its iron core has no joints, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, making the no-load carrying current reduced by 60% to 80%. The high and low-voltage coils are wound continuously on the core column, the windings are tight and the concentricity is good, which further enhances the anti-theft performance of the product. Noise drops by more than 10 decibels. The temperature rise is 1620K lower. Due to the continuous winding of the iron core (with a pure circular cross-section), the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fully utilized, reducing the no-load loss by 20% to 30%. The low-voltage winding with a capacity of 630"25.0KVA adopts a cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and good short-circuit resistance. Displacement occurs, and at the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners will not loosen during the long-term operation of the product, which meets the requirements of not hanging the core.
