Graphite fiber felt is a kind of needle felt,the raw material is PAN fiber.it was treated by preoxidation under 200ºC to 300ºC,carbonization in high purity inert gas under 1000ºC to 1500ºC,and then graphitization in 20 0ºC to 2200ºC.It is chemical stable,weakly conductive,self-lubricating,high temperature resistance,abrasion resistance,acid resistance.Generally it was used for isolation material of high temperature oven under circumstance of vacuum or inert gas protections,like vacuum oven for electrochemistry and porcelaneous sintering.other usage is high temperature burned out composite material.
