This release film is made of PET (polyester film) as the base material and coated with silicone oil release agent on one side.

Scope of application
PET release film for graphite calendering
The thickness of graphite sheet used in the market mainly includes 17um, 25um and 40um, and the specification of graphite sheet is usually customized by the graphite calender according to the needs of its customers. In the whole graphite calendering process, PET release film is used as the carrier to press and fit the graphite. The release film and graphite sheet are rolled by roller to make the graphite and the release film cover together, and the best effect is not easy to fall off. Our R714T (S) (75u transparent PET release film 250-350g) is specially suitable for graphite calendering process.

instructions
1. Static electricity may be generated during unwinding or rewinding during use. The electrostatic layer will damage the release layer and lead to poor peeling. If necessary, anti-static treatment can be carried out on the back or static elimination equipment can be used to eliminate static electricity.
2. In order to obtain the best use effect, it is recommended to use this product within 6 months from the purchase date;
3. It must be retested before use after expiration;
4. Recommended storage conditions: avoid direct sunlight, store under the indoor ambient temperature of 25 ºC ± 2 ºC and humidity of 60% ± 10%.
